Preparation
- Place shrimp, celery and Traina Sun Dried Tomato Sriracha Ketchup in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place avocado, red wine vinegar and salt in a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Place orange and honey in a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Using a small 4 oz round cup, place 1/6 of the oranges in the bottom, then layer on 1/6 of the shrimp mix, then 1/6 of the avocado mix. Press with a spoon to cause the layers to adhere to one another.
- Then place a cracker on top of the mixture, turn the cup upside down and allow the layered mix to pull away from the cup so that you have a beautiful layered appetizer. Place that on a dish and garnish with celery leaves.

- 20 shrimp deveined, cooked and peeled, then diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 3 avocados, diced
- 1 orange, segments peeled and diced
- 2 Tbs Traina Sun Dried Tomato Sriracha Ketchup
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar pinch of salt
- 6 large round crackers
